Obedience classes information
Please note, all dogs to have received their second vaccination (puppies) or annual booster (adults) to take part in these classes. You will usually be asked to observe the class the first time you attend and then join the club to continue training with us. You will need to bring treats and or a toy your dog likes (preferably not a squeaky one!) once you start the class.

Venue 1: The Orange Hall, Mallusk
Monday nights (Not the first in the month), Thursday nights

Beginner dogs/ handlers must ring Ian Brown to book
a place
on one of our Mallusk courses for inexperienced dogs &
puppies, telephone 02890 776 120 and he will sign you up!
(For Holywood class, just turn up).

Classes run at Mallusk Orange Hall every Thursday:
7pm - 7.45pm Beginners, K C Puppy Foundation Award & Bronze Good Citizens' Award
8pm - 8.45pm Advanced Competition Class (clicker may NOT be used)

and on Mondays (NOT the first week in the month) as follows:
7pm - 7.45pm Beginners, Kennel Club Puppy Foundation Award & Bronze Good Citizens' Award
8pm - 8.45pm Kennel Club Good Citizens' Awards and Advanced Class
9pm - 10pm Clicker Class (for Clicker training only, any level of experience)


Venue 2: The Redburn Community Centre

Jackson's Road, (beside Palace Barracks), Holywood
Friday nights as follows:

7.00 pm to 7.45 pm Beginners/Pet training, also Kennel Club Puppy Foundation Award, Bronze Good Citizen's training:
8.00 pm to 8.45 pm Intermediate and Silver/ Gold Good Citizen's training:
9.00 pm to 10.00 pm Advanced/ Competition training (clicker may be used)

Currently membership of Glandore club is £15 per family/ partnership per year, then £3.00 per lesson (£4.00 for 2+ dogs) every time you come. Membership includes agility classes, too.
